Biography:
Dr. Muhammad Asraf Hairuddin is a Senior Lecturer at the Faculty of Electrical Engineering, Universiti Teknologi MARA (UiTM), Johor Branch, Pasir Gudang Campus. He holds a Ph.D. in System Engineering and has extensive experience in research involving machine learning, deep learning, artificial intelligence, IoT, predictive modelling, and engineering applications.
He has been involved in numerous research grants, publications, consultations, and postgraduate supervisions. His recent research includes machine learning and deep learning applications in areas such as crop analysis, solar power forecasting, geomagnetic studies, energy consumption prediction, and image classification.
With his strong research background and practical experience in AI-related applications, Dr. Asraf brings valuable expertise to guide participants in understanding data preprocessing and the fundamentals of machine learning and deep learning.
