As part of an innovative and fresh approach during the COVID era, i.e. innovating for a new and non-traditional meeting event: we started presenting online tech related video documentaries. This specific one is entitled: “REVOLUTION OS".

Movie Summary: Revolution OS is a 2001 documentary film that traces the first twenty-years history of GNU, Linux, open source, and the free software movement. Directed by J. T. S. Moore, the film features interviews with prominent hackers and entrepreneurs including Richard Stallman, Michael Tiemann, Linus Torvalds, Larry Augustin, Eric S. Raymond, Bruce Perens, Frank Hecker and Brian Behlendorf.

AFTER the movie - we always have a brief discussion session. You are encouraged to stick around for that and contribute your thoughts/views/opinions, etc. NOTE: You must supply your own beverage and popcorn! :-) Trivia may also follow, so bring your Jeopardy hats too.....
