From MIMO Radar Signal Processing to Autonomous Driving Perception
This talk provides an overview of my research in MIMO radar signal processing and its extension to autonomous driving perception. It will cover the motivation behind this research, the evolution of my research interests, and the directions I am currently exploring. I will also briefly introduce my research plans during my visit to AUT and hope the talk will serve as a starting point for discussions and future collaboration in intelligent sensing, autonomous driving, and engineering education.

Jie of Chang'an University
Jie He is an Associate Professor in the School of Information Engineering at Chang'an University, China, and a Visiting Scholar at Auckland University of Technology. Her research interests include array signal processing, MIMO radar, and autonomous driving perception. She also serves as Deputy Head of the Department of Communication Engineering, where she is involved in curriculum development and teaching management. She received a provincial teaching award for excellence in engineering education. Her current visit to AUT combines research on autonomous driving perception with academic exchange in engineering education.
