Panel Discussion on Beyond Boundaries: Women Shaping the Future of Intelligent Technologies during 3rd International Conference on Recent Trends in Microelectronics, Automation, Computing and Communications Systems (ICMACC 2026) in WIE Track on 7th November 2026.
The panel discussion “Beyond Boundaries: Women Shaping the Future of Intelligent Technologies” aims to bring together accomplished women professionals, researchers, academicians and technology leaders to share their views on the changing role of women in determining the future of intelligent and emerging technologies.
The discussion will focus on career growth, leadership, innovation, mentorship and inclusive workplaces, opportunities and challenges for women in Artificial Intelligence, semiconductor technologies, intelligent systems, automation and other emerging engineering fields. The session will motivate young women engineers & researchers to stretch the traditional boundaries, embrace emerging technology careers with confidence, take up leadership roles and make a difference in technology innovation & societal impact, based on the experience and practical insights of the panelists.
The session is also expected to promote diversity and inclusion, professional networking and greater women participation in engineering and technology, in line with IEEE Women in Engineering (WIE) objectives.
