Greetings Leaders and Members,

This month, ExCom will meet virtually on September 10th, the 2nd Thursday. 

Due to scheduling constraints, we will meet on the 2nd Thursday for our remaining 2026 September, October and November meetings.

This month, out first priority is an update on the 2027-8 ENCS Board election.   Tulika Jha will discuss the Fall Leadership Summit.  We will also receive an update on the 2026 Award Nominations and the December Banquet.  Then, our Leaders will update members on 2026 ENCS, Chapter and Affinity Group planning and events.   Please update your slides if you are leading a chapter: September 2026 ExCom Presentation-Still

Prior ExCom Meeting Minutes to review for approval.

As voting members, IEEE EXCOM executive committee, all section officers, and the chairs of the chapters, affinities, committees, and subsections are expected to attend.  Other interested members and guests are welcome.  Advance registration is preferred.

The ExCom Meeting will be held remotely only through the ENCS reusable Webex Room Link.
