Biography:
Rohan Shahane is a data architecture and AI delivery leader with nearly 25 years of experience across large-scale enterprise technology programs. His career has spanned the full arc from software engineering to principal-level architecture and delivery leadership, with multinational experience across the US, Canada, UAE, and India. Over that time, he has led data platform modernization, cloud migration, and AI-integration initiatives for organizations in financial services, banking, and logistics. His current focus is on AI-augmented software delivery, agentic engineering frameworks, and enterprise data platform architecture. An active contributor to the IEEE community, Rohan serves as a peer reviewer and judge for IEEE conferences and frequently speaks at sessions.
