Topic:

Hybrid Solar-Electric Vehicles: Design, Control, Smart Charging Infrastructure and Energy Optimization

About the Talk:
Hybrid Solar-Electric Vehicles: Design, Control, Smart Charging Infrastructure and Energy Optimization focuses on developing next generation electric mobility by integrating photovoltaic (PV) systems, high-efficiency DC–DC converters, bidirectional onboard chargers, battery energy storage systems (BESS), and advanced electric drive technologies. The research emphasizes intelligent energy management, AI-enabled control, battery state estimation (SOC/SOH), maximum power point tracking (MPPT), vehicle-to-grid (V2G) integration, and smart charging infrastructure. Advanced control algorithms, wide-bandgap semiconductor devices (SiC/GaN), predictive energy optimization, thermal management, and real-time communication are employed to improve driving range, charging efficiency, grid stability, renewable energy utilization, reliability, and the overall sustainability of future transportation systems.
