About the Speaker
Shri Debajit Chandra brings over 21 years of experience in cloud infrastructure, database engineering and AI-driven solutions, specialising in Power & Utilities. As an AWS Subject Matter Expert in Power & Utilities, AI/ML and Databases, he leads enterprise cloud transformation initiatives across India’s public sector and energy industry.

He has architected large-scale utility solutions on AWS using repeatable deployment blueprints. His recent work includes generative AI solutions built on Amazon Bedrock to improve operational efficiency in power and utility organisations.

What the Session Will Cover

• Limitations of static monthly reporting in detecting inefficiencies, potential revenue leakage and feeder-level voltage instability.

• Transforming net metering into a governed, data-driven programme at scale.
