Accessibility as a Competitive Advantage in Agile and Technology Management
The Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering and IEEE KSSEM Student Branch, under the Global Accessibility in Agile Initiative, are organising a webinar titled “Accessibility as a Competitive Advantage in Agile and Technology Management” on 15th September 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:30 AM IST through Webex.
The session will be delivered by Mr. Sunil Kumar Suvvari, VP, Professional Development, PMI Dallas Chapter, Senior Member, IEEE, Inclusive AI & Digital Accessibility Leader, and International Speaker from Texas, United States. The webinar will explore how accessibility can move beyond compliance and be integrated into Agile, DevOps, software development, CI/CD pipelines, and technology management as a strategic engineering and governance practice.
The session will cover Shift Left Accessibility Engineering, accessibility in Agile and DevOps workflows, CI/CD and release governance, real world industry applications, and strategies for scaling accessibility across enterprise environments. Participants will gain practical insights into using accessibility to improve product quality, reduce risks and rework, enhance customer experience, and create competitive differentiation in digital products.
