Business Requirements Workshop
This workshop introduces participants to the fundamentals of identifying, analyzing, and understanding real-world problems before moving toward designing a technological solution.
Participants will explore how to recognize meaningful problems in student life, understand their root causes, identify the people and stakeholders affected, and analyze how the current process works. Through practical activities and teamwork, participants will learn techniques such as the 5 Whys, Student Journey Mapping, and AS-IS Process Analysis to identify pain points, bottlenecks, repetitive tasks, communication gaps, and other areas that can be improved through digital transformation.
The workshop will focus on transforming a real student problem into a clear and structured problem definition that can serve as the foundation for future project development.

Workshop Schedule:
The workshop will be held across three sessions on September 13, 15, and 17, with each session lasting two hours. The sessions will take place every other day to allow participants to apply the concepts and develop their work progressively.
By the end of the workshop, participants will have developed a structured Problem Statement including the target users, stakeholders, root cause, current (AS-IS) process, identified pain points, and the impact of the problem.
