Biography:

Dr. L. Nirmala Devi is a Professor & CBOS Chairperson in ECE at Osmania University, Hyderabad and Director of CHW. An IEEE Member, Fellow IEI and OSA Member with B.E., M.E. and Ph.D. degrees, she has over 20 years of teaching experience. Her expertise includes AI, ML, IoT, Signal Processing and Wireless Communication with research focused on Wireless Sensor Networks and Ad-hoc Networks. She has led major funded projects including a ₹1 Crore RUSA 2.0 Smart Cities Project published widely in international journals and IEEE conferences, and earned the Outstanding Women in Engineering Award (2018) and Best Women Researcher Award (2021).
