Biography:

Dr. Richa Gupta

Dr. Richa Gupta is an Assistant Professor at Jamia Hamdard, New Delhi, with over a decade of experience in academia, research, and student mentorship. She holds a Ph.D. in Computer Engineering from Jamia Hamdard and an M.Sc. in Bioinformatics from the University of Skövde, Sweden.

A dedicated IEEE volunteer, she currently serves as Vice Chair (Academic Relations), IEEE Young Professionals Delhi Section, IEEE WIE Day Ambassador 2026, IEEE Xtreme Regional Proctor (Region 10), and is an Executive Committee Member of IEEE Delhi Section and IEEE Women in Engineering Delhi Section Affinity Group.

Through her academic and professional contributions, Dr. Gupta actively promotes innovation, research, leadership, and industry-academia collaboration, inspiring students and young professionals to excel in technology and engineering.
