This is an information session to address questions and act as a kickoff for this years mentoring session.

Partnership between SIM (Students in Magnetism), IEEE Mag. soc., and Twin cities U of MN group.

Speakers are professional engineers from industry and past mentees.

  • Enhance the mentees’ skills and knowledge for professional development

  • Support mentees in developing self-awareness, confidence, and emotional intelligence 

  • Expand professional networks for both mentors and mentees

  • Build a supportive and engaged community within the field
