Executive Meeting of the New IEEE JUIT-SB Council 2026
An Executive Meeting of the newly formed IEEE JUIT Student Branch Council was conducted on 3 August 2026 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Open Cafeteria, JUIT. The meeting brought together the newly appointed council members to discuss and plan the activities to be undertaken during their tenure.
The primary objective of the meeting was to establish a clear roadmap for the upcoming session and coordinate the responsibilities of different council members. Discussions were held regarding the planning and scheduling of future IEEE events, workshops, technical sessions, competitions, outreach activities, and other student-centric initiatives.
The council also discussed the tentative dates for upcoming events, their organization and execution, allocation of responsibilities, coordination among different teams, and the various tasks that needed to be completed during the tenure. The meeting provided an opportunity for the new council to collectively understand their roles, set priorities, and establish an organized approach toward conducting IEEE activities throughout the year.
