Caroline Stokes
Biography:
Caroline Stokes is a leadership strategist for engineers and technical executives, and the author of the award-winning AfterShock to 2030: A CEO’s Guide to Reinvention in the Age of AI, Climate, and Societal Collapse. She helps technical leaders work the intersection of technical skill, human judgment, and systems sight as AI, agents, and infrastructure change the job.
A Sony/PlayStation alum and certified executive coach (PCC), she holds MIT certificates in the New Space Economy, AI Business Strategy, and Business Sustainability. She is a Thinkers50 Radar Class of 2026 honoree and a Thinkers50 Leadership Award nominee.
Stokes previously delivered the IEEE-USA webinar Transitioning from Expert to Leader in the AI and BANI Era and is the IEEE-USA Coach in Residence at Big Thinkers in Orlando 2026.
She has spoken at the World Bank, IEEE-USA Pittsburgh, and the UN, and written for Harvard Business Review, Forbes, and Fast Company.
She is based in British Columbia, Canada.
