IEEE Southern/Southwest Joint Area Meeting, Fall 2026

There will be a in-person Southern/Southwest Joint Area meeting on October 17, 2026. The morning will include all officers of the Sections to join and learn first about Region 6 latest news and then focus on Sections activities. The afternoon session will have parallel sessions: 1. Section activities and 2. student actives/training. It will be a great chance to network with other IEEE leaders and learn about their activities, as well as meet the student chapter leaders.

Updates on Section activities and Student Officer Training are included. There will be a great opportunity to expand your knowledge of what IEEE has to offer your members and to learn how to better engage them.
