IEEE SYNCROSTRIDE '26 – ORIENTATION
Syncrostride ’26 was organized as an orientation session by the IEEE JUIT Student Branch to introduce students to the IEEE community, its purpose, opportunities, and benefits of membership. The session aimed to help students understand how being part of IEEE can support their technical learning, professional development, networking, leadership, and participation in global engineering communities.
The orientation provided an overview of IEEE and its various societies and student activities, along with information about the benefits available to IEEE members. Students were introduced to opportunities such as technical events, workshops, conferences, competitions, professional networking, certifications, volunteering, leadership roles, and access to technical resources.
The session also highlighted the activities and events conducted by IEEE JUIT in the past, giving students an insight into the Student Branch's work and the range of opportunities available through active participation.
