Peer to Peer Learning - Job Seeking
Seeking a job is seeking a needle in a haystack. Seeking a good candidate for a job is also seeking a needle in a haystack. It is not difficult to seek a needle in a haystack with modern technologies. We need a good sensor. What is the good sensor for jobs? We learn from each other in a small group setting. Five-to seven people form a group. We sit with a group of people we have not known before. Bring resume, cover letter, and job description for a real, desirous, or hypothetical job or candidate you seek. Peet-to-peer learns the process. Share technologies in the job market. Polish the resume and the cover letter. Answer questions your group might raise for the job. Interview others in your group with questions that might raise for their job description, resume, and cover letter.
