Tech Quest
Tech Quest is the technical quiz of the IEEE Day celebrations, made for curious minds who love technology and a good challenge. Its questions cover electrical and electronics fundamentals, IEEE and its history, emerging technologies, famous inventions and inventors, current tech trends and general science.
Teams begin with a written or online screening round, and the top scorers move on to the live final. The final includes a rapid-fire round, a buzzer round, a visual round where participants identify components, circuits and devices from pictures, and a tie-breaker if scores are level. The event is designed to be fast, exciting and rewarding.
It tests not just what you know, but how quickly you think, how well you work with your team and how calmly you handle the pressure. Along the way, participants pick up new facts, sharpen their problem-solving skills and see how much technology shapes the world around them.
The winners are chosen by total score, and the top three teams receive certificates and prizes. Whether you are a first-year student or a final-year one, Tech Quest is the place to test your knowledge, challenge your friends and have fun while learning.
