CineMyst
Cinemyst is the movie-guessing event of the IEEE Day celebrations, made for anyone who loves films and enjoys a good puzzle.
Participants compete in teams to work out movie titles from clever clues, and the clues get trickier with every round.
These can include emoji combinations, scenes with blurred or cropped pictures, famous dialogues, background music, character hints and technology-themed clues that link science and cinema. Teams need sharp eyes, a good memory and quick thinking to solve each clue before time runs out.
The event usually has a few rounds, starting with easy warm-up clues and building up to a tough final round, and a tie-breaker is used if scores are level. Cinemyst is a lighter, more relaxed event that lets participants take a break from technical topics while still testing their observation, creativity and teamwork.
It is a great way to make new friends, share laughs and enjoy the fun side of the day. Whether you are a die-hard movie fan or just love guessing games, Cinemyst is the place to prove your movie knowledge.
The winners are chosen by total score, and the top three teams receive certificates and prizes.
