Abstract:
Cloud infrastructure automation has improved significantly through Infrastructure as Code and CI/CD pipelines. However, deploying cloud resources still requires considerable engineering effort, specialized knowledge, manual configuration, and coordination across multiple teams.
In this presentation, Rajasekhar Kondreddy introduces a practical vision for moving from traditional IaC pipelines to a governed, AI-assisted cloud provisioning platform. The proposed approach combines Retrieval-Augmented Generation(RAG), approved infrastructure modules, policy-as-code, automated validation, and existing CI/CD processes to create a simple self-service experience.
The session will explore how users can request cloud resources through an easy, one-click journey while security, compliance, approvals, identity controls, and audit evidence remain fully enforced behind the scenes. It will also cover the proposed architecture, operational guardrails, implementation roadmap, and potential reduction in repetitive engineering work.

Rajasekhar Kondreddy is a Cloud and AI Platform Engineering Leader with more than 17 years of experience designing, deploying, and supporting enterprise-scale, cloud, data, analytics and AI Platforms. Throughout his career, he has build secure, resilient, and scalable technology platforms across both on-premises and cloud environments. Currently he works as a Cloud and AI Platform Engineer, helping organizations build modern platforms that support cloud transformation , advanced analytics, and AI. Rajasekhar combines hands-n technical expertise with strategic leadership. His experience includes cloud platform engineering, AI infrastructure, DevOps, Platform Automation, Containerization, enterprise security, reliability engineering, analytics platforms, and large-scale production operations. He is passionate about building platforms that are not only technically advanced but also secure, cost-effective, reliable and practical for business use. He also brings extensive industry experience across the Healthcare sector, including Optum, and the Telecommunications industry, including AT&T, with a strong understanding of technology platforms and enterprise infrastructure within these domains. Beyond enterprise technology delivery, Rajasekhar contributes to applied AI research, peer-review activities, Professional speaking, and the development of practical frameworks related to AI engineering, digital transformation, and technology leadership.
