Isha Sharma of MiniMed

Biography:

Isha Sharma is a program manager at MiniMed (formerly Medtronic Diabetes), where she leads development and global launch of patient-facing digital health applications deployed across 120 countries, coordinating engineering, software, regulatory, clinical, and quality teams. She previously led business development at Otomagnetics, an early-stage drug delivery startup, and began her career as an analyst at Bain & Company on healthcare and pharmaceutical engagements. Isha is an IEEE Senior Member with an M.Eng in Bioengineering from UC Berkeley and an MBA. She has completed 20+ peer reviews for scientific journals including IEEE Transactions on Neural Networks and Learning Systems, serves as a grant reviewer for the FDA’s Pediatric Device Consortia program, and judges industry innovation competitions.
