●    To formally inaugurate the IEEE Student Chapter at Ramachandra College of Engineering.
●    To launch the Society Chapters, providing students with focused technical communities.
●    To connect students with IEEE's global network of over four hundred thousand engineers, researchers, and innovators.
●    To inspire students to engage in research, publishing, and international collaboration.

●    The event began at 9:30 AM with the welcoming of guests onto the dais, followed by the traditional lighting of the lamp and a prayer song.
●    The Director/Principal addressed the gathering, emphasizing the importance of professional bodies in shaping engineering careers.
●    Dignitaries were invited onto the dais for the official launch of the IEEE Student Chapter along with the three Society Chapters.
●    IEEE Approval laminations were handed over by the stage team, and the Approval letters were presented to the Student Chapter Chairs and Faculty Coordinator.
●    Three guest speakers delivered technical addresses, each of 30 minutes, on their respective topics.
●    An interactive Q&A session followed each talk, with enthusiastic participation from students.
●    The event concluded with a Vote of Thanks, the National Anthem, and a Group Photo with High Tea and Networking.
