ROBO SOCCER: The Robotics and Drone Expro
ROBO SOCCER: The Robotics and Drone Expo
ROBO SOCCER: The Robotics and Drone Expo is an exciting flagship event organized by the IEEE Student Branch, University of Engineering & Management (UEM), Jaipur, that combines the thrill of robotic competition with the innovation of modern drone technology. The event provides a dynamic platform for students to demonstrate their engineering expertise, creativity, and teamwork through the design, development, and operation of intelligent robotic systems.
The Robo Soccer competition challenges teams to build and control robots capable of competing in a fast-paced football match, where strategy, precision, speed, and coordination determine success. Participants apply concepts from robotics, embedded systems, electronics, control systems, wireless communication, and programming to develop agile and efficient robots capable of real-time decision-making and maneuverability.
Alongside the competition, the Robotics and Drone Expo showcases innovative robotic prototypes, autonomous systems, unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs), and cutting-edge engineering projects developed by students, researchers, startups, and technology enthusiasts. The expo serves as a platform for knowledge exchange, innovation, and collaboration while highlighting the latest advancements in robotics, artificial intelligence, automation, embedded systems, and drone technologies.
Organized under the banner of the IEEE Student Branch, UEM Jaipur (STB10055), this event aims to inspire the next generation of engineers by promoting hands-on learning, interdisciplinary collaboration, technological innovation, and professional excellence. It reflects IEEE's mission of Advancing Technology for Humanity by encouraging participants to transform innovative ideas into practical engineering solutions with real-world impact.
