IEEE Day 2026-WIE Colombia

#IEEEDay #WIE #STEM #networking #WIEColombia

The IEEE Day 2026 celebration is designed as a two‑day gathering that brings together students, professionals, and academic institutions to highlight the role of technology, community, and collaboration within the IEEE ecosystem. The event is organized with the participation of the Pontificia Universidad Javeriana IEEE Student Branch, the Universidad Nacional Abierta y a Distancia IEEE Student Branch, and the LEAD SANTOTO initiative, whose joint efforts strengthen the collaborative spirit and institutional support behind this celebration.

The purpose of this event is to promote active participation in IEEE initiatives, encourage collaboration among student branches, and provide learning opportunities through technical sessions and leadership workshops. By combining educational activities with cultural and community‑focused experiences, IEEE Day 2026 seeks to inspire students and young professionals to contribute to the advancement of technology and to foster inclusion within the engineering community.
