Workshop on MLOps-Machine Learning Operations
The workshop will provide hands-on understanding of the following key areas:
- Introduction to MLOps – Understanding the concepts, principles, and importance of MLOps in the machine learning lifecycle.
- Data and Code Versioning – Learning how to manage and track changes in datasets, code, and machine learning projects.
- Pipeline Development and Automation – Understanding the development and automation of workflows for efficient ML model development and deployment.
- CI/CD for Machine Learning – Exploring Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment practices for automating the ML development and deployment process.
- Model Development as an AI Interface – Understanding how machine learning models can be developed and integrated as interfaces for AI-based applications.
- Monitoring Data Drift – Learning to identify and monitor changes in data distribution that may affect model performance in real-world applications.

The Department of Computer Science and Applications and MSc Data Science proposes to organize a workshop on MLOps-Machine Learning Operations for the students of III BCA-AI ML and I and II year MSc on 12-10-2026 to provide them with practical exposure to the deployment,monitoring automation and management of Machine learning models in real world environments.
