IEEE R10 SAC Webinar 2026 — Xi'an Edition: Thriving in the AI Era — From Power Electronics to Intelligent Computing

Join us for an inspiring online webinar organized by the IEEE Region 10 Student Activities Committee. Two distinguished keynote speakers will explore how today's technologies are both powering and shaping the AI era:

Prof. Jinjun Liu (Xi'an Jiaotong University, IEEE Fellow) will present "Power Electronics: Coming to the Center Stage of Global Human Society".

Prof. Zhuhong You (Northwestern Polytechnical University, NSFC Distinguished Young Scholar) will present "AI for Science: New Paradigm for Biological Big Data Analysis and Cross-Domain Application Exploration".

The event will open with remarks from Dr. Jie Chen (Vice Dean, School of Artificial Intelligence, Northwestern Polytechnical University), and each keynote talk will be followed by a live Q&A session — a unique opportunity for students to engage directly with the speakers and explore career paths in the AI era.

Organized by the IEEE R10 Student Activities Committee, IEEE Xi'an Section, and Northwestern Polytechnical University.
