Enterprise AI Adoption: What Actually Works Beyond the Demo

Every enterprise has an AI strategy. Very few have an AI reality. The gap between a compelling demo and a production-ready deployment that actually changes how an organization works is wider than most leaders expect — and it has very little to do with the technology itself. In this session we explore what enterprise AI adoption actually looks like on the ground — the governance frameworks that enable rather than block, the measurement traps that make success look like failure, the human resistance patterns that no architecture solves, and the small deliberate moves that build the momentum nobody planned for. Real patterns from regulated industry deployments where the stakes are legal, contractual, and operational.

Topic:

Enterprise AI Adoption

Biography:

Lalitha Ghadiyaram has spent 20+ years building systems where failure is not an option — starting with safety-critical air traffic management software and evolving into enterprise AI, cloud architecture, and large-scale transformation programs at a Fortune 500 global insurer. She holds certifications across Azure, AWS, and Oracle Cloud, has led payment modernization across six global providers, and founded the Enterprise Reliability Review program that achieved SOC2 readiness with zero audit findings. As Chairperson of Mosaic, Assurant's employee resource group, she brings the same discipline she applies to technical systems to the human side of organizations — building environments where people feel safe enough to contribute their best work. Her talks draw on real-world experience across three continents, multiple industries, and two decades of getting comfortable in rooms where she was once the newest, youngest, or most unfamiliar face.
