This is the first in a practical series of building a temperature sensor front-end.

We will first define an interface between a perfboard/breadboard and a Digilent Basys 3 FPGA Development Board in this first installment. Future iterations will discuss the analog front end and local digital monitor. The backend electronics will be incorporated into a finalized IC design.
