Transfer Impedance Measurement: From Simple to Complex Setup
IEEE Türkiye AP/MTT/EMC/ED Joint Chapter — Online Distinguished Lecture
This Distinguished Lecture addresses transfer-impedance characterization of shielded electrical wiring interconnection systems (EWIS). Starting from a simple coaxial-cable sample, the presentation discusses increasingly complex measurement configurations, including the triaxial bench, triaxial bench with shielding discontinuity, line injection, and localized injection. Particular emphasis is placed on the potential of localized injection for extending high-frequency shield characterization.
