One day Tutorial was organized by AP/MTT/EMC Joint Society Chapter on "Transmission Lines, Antennas and Microwave Engineering" at Engineering College Warangal on 26 Feb 2011.The college is about 180 kn from Hyderabad.
The tutorial was organized in following three sessions:
a) Overview on Electromagnetics and Transmission Lines by Prof Nookala Srinivasa Rao, Prof & HoD< Malla Reddy Cillege of Engineering Hyderabad & Vice Chair-AP/MTT/EMC Society Joint Chapter
b) Introduction to Microwaves by Dr. Lakshminarayana Merugu, Scientist - G, DLRL Hyderabad, and Chair-AP/MTT/EMC Society Joint Chapter
c) Antennas & Applications by Dr. L. Anjaneyulu, Associate Professor, NIT Warangal
The Tutorial was well attended. 28 faculty members from 8 engineering colleges, about 317 students from ten engineering colleges around Warangal have attended the tutorial
