1.The organizer Dr. Nishchal K Verma welcomed all the members present in the meeting and announced the formation of IEEE UP SECTION COMPUTATONAL INTELLIGENCE SOCIETY CHAPTER.

2.Election of Office Bearers. Action: By vote and consent of members present, Office Bearers body has been formed. The elected Office Bearers are as follows :
