Innovation Nation Sri Lanka, initiating 'The Hustle Story', a series of talks about success and failure of the renowned entrepreneurs in Sri Lanka.
For the 2nd time in Sri Lanka, Innovation Nation just began as INSL’19. This year, IEEE INSL’19 is focused on being a startup pre-accelerator aimed at working with early-stage startups. “The Hustle Story”, an initiative of IEEE INSL’19, a series of public talks centred around the stories of various startups have made immense success in the second talk session of the series. This time Thisara Jayasinghe, the CEO/Co-Founder of BUOST and Madhawa Dias, the CEO/Founder of AdrenalineLK joined INSL to share their Hustle Stories.

Biography:
Madhawa Dias is the CEO/Founder of AdrenalineLK. He is an avid diver, underwater explorer and a surfer. AdrenalineLK is a water sports and tourism company with a team that live and breathe tourism and extreme sports. AdrenalineLK has been an eclectic and diverse company since day one providing the best in-class activities and services throughout the country. He is an undergraduate of IIT and a passionate entrepreneur who believes in turning ideas into reality.

Biography:
Thisara Jayasinghe is on a mission to help students understand the gravity of their capacity and grow to become the leader in their dreams one day.
Working as a marketer for the company he built, and having done a consultation for over 8 local and 4 international companies in different countries and as a motivational speaker and a Success trainer he presented himself at reputable Sri Lankan universities notably at KDU, IIT, Jayawardhanapura university was also a guest speaker at the International Youth Day 2018. He was one of the finalists at the Global Students entrepreneurship award and was the youngest Hacker in 2015 for Google 10. He stepped out as a consultant for the very first time when he was schooling as an event consultant and became the organiser of the Sri Lankan biggest music festival, Zook International Music Festival. He believes that being 20 and executing a $50,000 company is not just possible just for him but can be achieved by anyone who is willing to work hard to rewrite their own destiny.
He thrives to work around this belief by being a motivational speaker for the students to make this become true by representing himself as a speaker.
