Sarah is an intrapreneur, blazing a trail in the Organizational Change Management field at the 109-year-old power generating company, TransAlta. After graduating from the University of Calgary with an Economics degree, Sarah found her passion in driving and supporting change initiatives. Sarah looks for new ways of accomplishing old tasks, offering up efficiency gains and bringing new value to the company. On the side, she supports SHEInnovates Alberta, a United Nations pilot initiative designed to celebrate and spotlight women-driven innovation across the province.
