Surviving Disasters - Being Part of The Solution, Not the Problem

We should not count on the readily available electricity supply, gas, mobile communications, water, and food during disasters. Yet, our survival and escape plans take most of these for granted. In this talk, Ross Kocen shares his reflections from being first on the scene as disasters strike, discusses unforeseen challenges faced by businesses, families, and individuals during catastrophic times, and invites us to re-engineer our strategies to support business continuity daily life.
