In this workshop we will introduce you to the fundamentals of GPU programming using CUDA with the Nvidia Jetson Nano development board! We will first discuss what a GPU is and how it can help performance through parallel execution of code. We will then explore the differences between the Nvidia Jetson boards and the graphics cards found in your desktop or laptop computer. After this discussion, participants will be invited to modify and run some example code on one of our Jetson Nano boards and experiment with changing various parameters and observing the impact they have on the performance.
