As an IEEE-USA initiative, the MOVE Community Outreach is an emergency relief program that responds to natural disasters and provides short-term computer, communications, and power solutions.
When not responding to natural disasters, the MOVE truck provides outreach and learning opportunities and showcases the latest disaster relief technologies. The MOVE is en route to its home station in San Diego, CA. The stop in Albuquerque is a great opportunity for New Mexico IEEE members to learn about humanitarian activities and disaster relief.
