Please sign in by 5:55 PM so we can start at 6 PM. Registration is requested because it is important to find out if anyone is coming. If a Chapter Chair or Affinity Chair is not able to come to the meeting, Irfan has authorized the Vice-Chair to vote on their behalf provided the Chair lets us know they cannot make it and would like to nominate your chapter/affinity vice-chair to vote on your behalf. We may be voting on the location and funding for the end-of-year banquet at this meeting.
