On the occasion of IEEE DAY, The students of IEEE WIE organized an online webinar “Beating the odds: The IEEE way “which was about the winning strategies for women in STEM on 8 October 2022 at 1 pm
It was an online webinar on google meet about Beating the Odd: The IEEE Way and other insights you can grab in IEEE to beat the odds and achieve greater heights from our speaker Dr. S. Harivardhagini who is a Professor and Head of the Department of EIE CVR College of Engineering, Vice Chair of IEEE Hyderabad Section WIE AG and an Advisor, IEEE CVRCE WIE AG.
The link to the webinar was shared one day before the event i.e on 7 October 2022 on their WhatsApp group by our event managers Mr. Harshit Garg: Treasurer, IEEE WIE, and Ms. Bhagya Shree: General secretary, IEEE WIE.
People had shown a great interest in this event as we have 30+ people participating in the webinar. All the participants had already been provided with all the instructions one day before the event.
The event was completed successfully and all the participants got the certificates after the completion of the event.
