Biography:

Chris is a Co-Owner and General Manager of Paragon Fabrication and oversees the
design, coordination, and fabrication of Paragon’s custom work. He enjoys the
challenge of figuring out how to create something that has not been created before
and have it fit a specific function and aesthetic for a client. He is a graduate of MSU
with a BS in Geology with a minor in Chemistry. He has spent the bulk of his
professional career in the architectural / building industry starting out with Bas Pro’s
corporate architecture department.

His experience includes over 25 years in corporate architecture and custom
fabrication. He has worked on a wide range of projects across the country for
numerous notable clients, including Bass Pro Shops, Disney, Herschend Family
Entertainment, Big Cedar Lodge, Cox Health, Mercy Hospitals, Top of the Rock,
Cedar Fair Entertainment, Wonders of Wildlife and the Florida Aquarium.

Biography:

Donnie Brawner has over 30 years’ experience in business leadership and
executive management with a proven ability to scale. He and his wife Karen
founded Paragon 360 in 2000, where he holds the position of CEO.

Paragon 360 - known as an industry leader in the professional Audio, Video and
Lighting industry - has an extensive nationwide client base. Clients include
Fortune 500 companies, amusement parks, and the nation’s largest Mega-
churches. The award-winning firm is well known for building highly effective
engaging environments for their clients in a design-build format. Paragon 360
has grown from a company of three employees to over eighty and joined the Inc
5000 fastest growing companies in America list in 2020.

Donnie is also the founder, Co-owner and CEO of Paragon Fabrication, LLC, a
Co-Owner of P360 Holdings, LLC, and owner of Brawner Holdings, LLC. In\
addition, he and Karen acquired Sounds Great, LLC in 2013, an AVL leader in the
Midwest for over 30 years.
