Biography:

Joe Church has been a forecast analyst with SRP for over 11 years. Before joining SRP, he worked briefly at overstock.com and the State of Oregon Department of Human Services. He holds a Masters of Economics degree from the University of New Mexico and is a graduate of Portland State University. During his free time, he enjoys spending time with his wife and three teenage children and is an avid Trailblazers fan.
