Xiaoyu Li
Research on spherical conformal reflectarray antenna for water quality detection
Biography:
Xiao Yu Li received the B.S. degree in Communication and Information Engineering and the M.S. degree in Electronic and Information Engineering from University of Electronic Science and Technology of China, Chengdu, China, in 2017 and 2020, respectively. He is currently pursuing the Ph.D. degree in Control Science and Engineering with Tongji University, Shanghai, China, and his current research interests include reconfigurable antennas and computational electromagnetics.
Zhen Wang
Dual-beam frequency sweep antenna based on artificial surface plasmons
Biography:
Zhen Wang received the B.S. degree in communications from Qingdao University,and recieved the M.S.degree in electronics and communications engineering from the University of Electronic Science and Technology of China.He is currently pursuing the Ph.D. degree at Tongji University.His research interests include Leaky wave antenna design, metamaterials and smart metasurface design.
Tengyuan Liu
System optimization based on multi-dimensional noise model in coherent optical system
Biography:
Tengyuan Liu received the B.S. degree in electronic science and technology in 2019 and the M.S. degree in integrated circuit engineering in 2022 from Tongji University, Shanghai, China, where he is currently pursuing the Ph.D. degree in microelectronics science and engineering with the College of Electronics and Information Engineering. His research interests include digital signal processing and system optimization, linear and nonlinear noise modeling and parameter estimation algorithms for optical systems.
Jiaxin Yan
Improvement of Optical Neural Networks in Optical Structures and Algorithms
Biography:
Jiaxin Yan received the B.S. degree in microelectronic science and engineering in 2019 from East China Normal University, Shanghai, China. She is currently pursuing the Ph.D. degree in integrated circuit engineering in 2021 from Tongji University, Shanghai, China. Her research interests include optical neural network and optical beam steering.
Kexin Zhu
Fast and Accurate Gate Level Power Estimation Techniques
Biography:
Kexin Zhu is a fourth year PhD student in the Department of Electronic Science and Technology at Tongji University. Her research interests focus on the efficient physical effects estimation techniques at the post-synthesis stage, including power, ir-drop and thermal effects estimation.
Yipei Xu
A Machine Learning Rooted Pre-characterization Method for Floating Random Walk Based Capacitance Extraction of Multi-die
Biography:
Yipei Xu recieved the B.S. degree in Measurement and Control Technology and Instrument in 2020 from East China University of Science and Technology. She is currently pursuing the Ph.D degree at Tongji University. Her research interests include 2.5D and 3D parasitic extraction.
Hanyu Shi
VLSI 2.5D Parasitic Capacitance extraction based on Machine Learning
Biography:
Hanyu Shi received the B.S. degree in electronic science and technology in 2020 from Tongji University, Shanghai, China. She is currently pursuing the Ph. D. degree in microelectronic science and engineering at Tongji University. Her research interests include parasitic extraction of VLSI, back-end physical verification, and application of machine learning in EDA.
