SheIWIS – International Women in Science
SheIWIS (International Women in Science) has taken place on 26th September 2024, from 16:30 to 17:15, at the Orange Building, Room N0002, Technische Universität Chemnitz. This event, organized by MST in collaboration with IEEE and IEEE Women in Engineering Germany Section, is aimed at empowering women in science and fostering a supportive community for female scientists.
With the theme "United in Science, Empowered for Change," the event will feature engaging activities in two parts:
1. AIFV Debate – A stimulating discussion focusing on current issues in artificial intelligence and future visions.
2. Coffee & Games– A fun, interactive session to foster networking and collaboration among participants.
This event was free to attend, and all are encouraged to participate by registering via the provided QR code. It was an excellent opportunity to meet fellow women in science, exchange ideas, and be part of a supportive community dedicated to making a positive impact through science and technology.
