Meeting's content: 

• NRTF General Assembly prep: 

- Discussing and preparing the content of the presentation that will be projected during the general assembly in order to introduce NRTF to the members.

• Sponsoring updates:  

- If there's any advancements in the sponsoring department, the sponsoring manager will discuss them.

• External relations department: 

- The external relations manager will present to all meeting's attendees their strategy for the mediatization of the event outside of INSAT.

- The date for the call for ambassadors will be set during this meeting.

• Media Updates: 

- The media manager will propose some templates for future social media posts.
