ExCom Meeting Minutes:

ML went over website/vTools. Request a custom URL for the Boston chapter.
KS looking over the membership drive for senior membership applications. Will send out a reminder email to the EC and interested parties. KS will be away for the next week due to personal commitments.
RM is working on details/potential speakers list for the planned EMBS Boston event next year.
RM will share vTools video with TL for him to start entering minute minutes on vTools. AS mentioned that chapters receive credits for meeting minutes information entered on vTools.
RM discussed the possibility of co-hosting events with local IEEE society chapters, in addition to speaker series and workshop series (for industry as well as student participants) to remain an active branch. ML wanted to start a calendar with potential dates/details for future events.
ML discussed the possibility of having an "anchor" space for (all) future EMBS Boston events. TL likes Wentworth as a venue due to its proximity to a few other schools and public transport, and free evening parking. The EC will discuss this matter further.
