FDP will promote the professional practices relevant
to technical education and also motivate the faculty
members to achieve a competitive teaching and

also provides scholars with the principles and procedures
associated with some of the important steps
in the research process, i.e., identification, concept
specification, theory building, hypothesis specification,
and design specification, leading to good publications
and doctoral programmes influencing societal
growth.
