IEEE Section & Ethics Meeting

The Lafayette Section in conjunction with Lafayette Utilities System is offering an approved LAPELS Ethics course.  Mr. Tyson Ducote, the Director of Enforcement for the Louisiana Professional Engineering and Land Surveying Board will be presenting on Ethics.  A PDH certificate will be available to all attendees.

Registration deadline is Tuesday, August 15, 2017 at midnight.  Seating is limited and everyone must register online to attend.   

There is no admission fee for this meeting.  The only cost is if the optional meal order is selected during registration. 

We are offering a variety of menu selections from Antler's Downtown or you can bring your own lunch.  If ordering, payment must be entered at time of registration with a credit card.

NOTE:  When making your menu selection there are two places to select it - one is the item, the other is the price associated with it.  If you have questions on this, please feel free to contact Hunter Boudreaux - hboudreaux@lus.org.

NOTE:  If your order comes with a salad, please indicate dressing preference in the Special Requests field.  Dressings: Oil & Vinegar, Ranch, Italian, Blue Cheese, French, Tomato Basil, Raspberry Vinaigrette, Honey Mustard.

NOTE:  A goverment issued photo id is required during check-in.

Biography:

Tyson Ducote

Mr. Ducote is the Director of Enforcement for the Louisiana Professional Engineering and Land Surveying Board. He attended Southeastern Louisiana University earning a BA in Business Management. He joined the LAPELS staff in late 2009. After serving 5 years as a Board Investigator, he became the Director of Enforcement in 2015.
