 IEEE OE Online Network Workshop

On April 21, 2024, IEEE OE launched an online workshop focusing on Networking. This workshop was designed to provide participants with a solid foundation in networking concepts through practical and interactive learning experiences.

Networking:

• Objective: To provide foundational knowledge about computer networking concepts.
• Core Topics:
  • Basics of networking (LAN, WAN, and Internet Protocols).
  • Introduction to IP addressing, subnetting, and routing.
  • Understanding switches and network topologies.
  • Practical networking exercises and simulations.

• Outcome: Attendees developed the ability to design and troubleshoot basic network setups.
