1. Opening & Introduction (5 minutes)
- Welcome by the moderator
- Overview of event themes and objectives
- Introduction of panelists
2. Pre-Prepared Q&A with Panelists (30 minutes)
- Moderator asks a series of themed questions, such as:
- Career Journeys: “Can you share a pivotal moment in your career that shaped your path in engineering?”
- Navigating Challenges: “What strategies have you used to overcome obstacles or biases in the workplace?”
