IEEE BIT SB ExeCom Recruitment Drive
The IEEE BIT SB Club successfully conducted its ExeCom recruitment drive on 27th February 2025. The event witnessed active participation from second-year students, along with a few enthusiastic first-year students. The recruitment process aimed to onboard dedicated members for six different teams: Design, Editorial, Technical, Media, Event Management, and Marketing.
Recruitment Process
The selection process involved two stages:
1. Task Assignment: Each candidate was given a specific task related to the team they wished to join.
2. Panel Interview: A panel consisting of three evaluators assessed the candidates based on their performance, skills, and enthusiasm.
Icebreaking Session
Post-recruitment, a fun-filled icebreaking session was organized. The newly recruited members introduced themselves and engaged in interactive games, fostering a friendly and collaborative atmosphere among the team members.
Outcome
The recruitment drive was a grand success, with a well-structured process ensuring the selection of capable individuals. The IEEE BIT SB Club looks forward to a productive year with the new ExeCom members, fostering innovation, teamwork, and leadership.
